WHAT IS THE SIZING OF SHIRTS/CREWNECKS/HOODIES?

ALL T-SHIRTS, CREWNECKS, AND HOODIES ARE UNISEX SIZING. FOR AN OVERSIZED FIT WE'D RECOMMEND SIZING UP 1 OR 2 SIZES DEPENDING ON HOW BIG YOU WANT YOUR SHIRT/CREW/HOODIE. 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

AT THE MOMENT, AS WE ARE JUST STARTING OUT, ALL PRODUCTS ARE PREORDERS MEANING ON AVERAGE IT WILL TAKES 2-4 WEEKS FOR US TO PROCESS, PRODUCE, AND SHIP OUT YOUR ORDERS! WE APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE AND UNDERSTANDING! EMAIL US IF YOU HAVE ANY CONCERNS AT SLICEOFSUMMERINFO@GMAIL.COM

 

MY ORDER TRACKING HAS BEEN STUCK/MY PACKAGE IS LOST. WHAT DO I DO NEXT?

ONCE WE SHIP OUT YOUR ORDER, WE ARE NO LONGER ABLE TO HELP WITH YOUR LOST PACKAGE! PLEASE REACH OUT TO YOUR LOCAL USPS, FEDEX, ETC.  FOR MORE INFORMATION ON YOUR PACKAGES LOCATION.

 

CAN I CANCEL/RETURN MY ORDER?

UNFORTUNATELY, BECAUSE WE MAKE EVERYTHING TO ORDER AND HAVE LIMITED INVENTORY, WE ARE UNABLE TO ALLOW ORDERS TO BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED. IF YOU MAKE A MISTAKE WHEN PLACING AN ORDER AND NEED TO CANCEL IT, LET US KNOW WITHIN 24 HOURS AND WE SHOULD BE ABLE TO CANCEL THE ORDER. WE WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY CANCELLATIONS AFER 24 HOURS.  WE HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND, AND WE ARE SO APPRECIATIVE FOR YOUR SUPPORT!

 

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER ITEMS ARRIVE DAMAGED?

IF AN ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED, PLEASE REACH OUT TO SLICEOFSUMMERINFO@GMAIL.COM WITH A DESCRIPTION AND ANY PICTURES YOU CAN TAKE OF THE DAMAGED ITEM.  FROM THERE WE WILL EVALUATE THE DAMAGE AND MAKE SURE EVERY THING IS TAKEN CARE OF!

 

HOW SHOULD I WASH MY ITEMS?

FOR BEST RESULTS, WE RECOMMEND THAT WHEN MACHINE WASHING ITEMS, TO TURN THE ITEM INSIDE OUT TO PRESERVE THE DESIGN, AS WELL AS WASH THE ITEM ON A GENTLE CYLE IN COLD WATER AND TO TRY IT BY EITHER AIR DRYING IT OR DRYING IT USING LOW HEAT.
